The space

A luxurious 4 bedroom penthouse with attached balcony in a prime locality in South Mumbai – Colaba. Perfect for Mumbai looking to experience the heritage and old world charm of the city. It is walking distance from many hotspots like Colaba Causeway, Leopold Café, Radio Club and a short cab ride away to Gateway of India, Asiatic Library, Kala Ghoda and so on. Plenty of restaurants and bar are a stone’s throw away. Please note, there’s not lift in the building, flat is on 4th floor. Guests will have to climb stairs. There is also no parking in the building or outside the building, guests will have to park the car in one of the by lanes near by at their own risk. This luxurious apartment is minimally decorated, well light, airy and spacious. The attached balcony in the living room allows you to enjoy the views and experience some beautiful sunsets. The large windows in the apartment ensures a lot of natural light flows in. Room 1- has twin beds and can accommodate 2 adults. It is equipped with a fan, cupboard, side tables and AC. The room has an attached bathroom with all modern amenities. Room 2 – has a double bed with cabinets, side tables and AC. This bedroom doesn’t have an attached bathroom. This room can accommodate 2 adults. Room 3 – has a double bed, side tables, cabinets and AC. This bedroom has an attached bath with all modern amenities. This room can accommodate 2 adults. Room 4 – this room has been built as a self-contained suite room. It has a king size 4 post bed and 2 additional single beds. There is a two-door cupboard for the guests to use as storage, AC, TV with cable. Microwave, kettle, toaster and a mini fridge, basic cutlery is provided. This room has multiple large windows giving the room a pleasant feel. It can accommodate 4 guests. This room has an attached bathroom with all modern amenities. The living room has a comfortable seating area, TV with firestick (guests will have to use own log in) and a dining area. The kitchen is an open plan kitchen attached to the living room. Kitchen is equipped with basic cutlery, induction, cookware, microwave, water purifier, fridge, kettle and toaster. There is a bathroom in the living room in which we have provided a washing machine. The bathroom has all modern amenities. The building is completely safe. We have made provision for a security camera outside the main door. There is a fire extinguisher in the living area.

House rules

1. Foreign guests will have to fill a google form with details for us to be able to fill the C Form along with sharing their passport and visa details 2. Adhering to covid protocols, strictly no visitors will be allowed 3. All Indian guests have to share a copy/scan of their government approved id cards on confirmation of booking. 4. Strictly no parties allowed as this is a residential building and no smoking inside the house. In case guests violate this rule penalty will be applied. 5. All guests are requested to wear masks in shared spaces of the premises and respect safety norms of the building. 6. Our check in time is from 2PM, early check in depends on availability of the apartment and might be chargeable. 7. Our check out time is 11AM, late check out depends on availability of the apartment and might be chargeable. 8. Guests caught indulging in illegal activities will be requested to check out. 9. All guests will have to sign a general digital T&C form on confirmation of booking 10. Complimentary cleaning is provided every alternate day on request. Bed linens and towels are changed on complimentary basis weekly for stays of minimum 7 nights or longer. Additional cleaning and linen change is chargeable. 11. No pets allows.

Cancellation policy

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. They can also get a full refund within 48 hours of booking if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. If they cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you'll be paid 50% for all nights
