The space

The perfect location of the apartment (Khar West) coupled with the amenities provided make it an ideal choice for your stay in Mumbai. It is a stones throw away from restaurants and the Khar West train station. 15 mins by road from the airport, BKC and 10 mins from Bandra west (all depending on traffic). The living room is tastefully furnished with a comfortable sofa bed (fits 2 adults) TV with cable and firestick, AC and minimal decor. The large sliding windows allow the ample sunlight to light up the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped - microwave, kettle, toaster, gas range, water purifier, two door fridge and basic cookware are available. There is a comfortable dining area. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, cupboard, AC and large windows allowing the room to be brightly lit. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom, the bathroom has a hot water heater and modern amenities. The other bedroom has a comfortable double bed, 4 door cupboard for guest use and AC. The other bathroom is not attached to the room, it has a hot water heater and modern amenities. The flat has a washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and Wifi. The building is safe and has security guards 24x7, it has an elevator as well. Please note, this is a residential property strictly no parties allowed and no visitors without prior confirmation or intimation will be allowed.

House Rules

1. Foreign guests will have to fill a google form with details for us to be able to fill the C Form along with sharing their passport and visa details.
2. Adhering to covid protocols, strictly no visitors will be allowed.
3. All Indian guests have to share a copy/scan of their government approved id cards on confirmation of booking.
4. Strictly no partying or smoking in the apartment. In case guests are found violating this rule, penalty will be applicable.
5. All guests are requested to wear masks in shared spaces of the premises and respect safety norms of the building.
6. Our check in time after 2PM and early check in depends on availability of the apartment and might be chargeable.
7. Our check out time is 11AM, late check out depends on availability of the apartment and might be chargeable.
8. Guests caught indulging in illegal activities will be requested to check out.
9. All guests will have to sign a general digital T&C form on confirmation of booking.
10. Strictly no pets allowed.
11. Cleaning is provided on a complimentary basis every alternate day on request. Bed linens and towels will be changed weekly on a complimentary basis. Additional cleaning and bed linen change is chargeable.

Cancellation policy

Guests can cancel up to 5 days before check-in for a full refund, and you won't be paid. If they cancel after that, you'll be paid for each night they stay, plus 1 additional night and 50% for all unspent nights.
