The space

Ensuite room in 4 bedroom penthouse ( no lift, guests will have to climb 4 floors) in a prime locality in South Mumbai – Colaba. Perfect for Mumbai looking to experience the heritage and old world charm of the city. It is walking distance from many hotspots like Colaba Causeway, Leopold Café, Radio Club and a short cab ride away to Gateway of India, Asiatic Library, Kala Ghoda and so on. Plenty of restaurants and bar are a stone’s throw away. Please note, we rent out each room on Airbnb, you maybe sharing the apartment with other guests. The living room, kitchen and balcony are shared with other guests. Please note there is a potential for traffic noise during the day. The flat is on the 4th floor in a 100-year-old heritage building. The building doesn’t have a lift and guests will have to climb stairs. There is also no parking in the building or outside the building, guests will have to park the car in one of the by lanes near by at their own risk. It is spacious, well light, airy and spacious. The attached balcony in the living room allows you to enjoy the views and experience some beautiful sunsets. The large windows in the apartment ensures a lot of natural light flows in. The room is perfect for 2 adults with a double bed, a cabinet to store items and an ensuite washroom with modern amenities. There are large sliding windows allowing ample sunlight to flow in. The living room is common to the guests and has a comfortable seating area, TV with firestick and a dining area. The kitchen is shared and is an open plan kitchen attached to the living room. Kitchen is equipped with basic cutlery, cookware, microwave, water purifier, fridge, kettle and toaster.

Additional rules

1. Strictly no partying or smoking in the apartment. In case guests are found violating this rule, penalty will be applicable.<br> 2. No pets allowed. <br> 3. Foreign guests will have to fill a google form with details for us to be able to fill the C Form along with sharing their passport and visa details.<br> 4. Adhering to covid protocols, strictly no visitors will be allowed.<br> 5. All Indian guests have to share a copy/scan of their government approved id cards on confirmation of booking.<br> 6. All guests are requested to wear masks in shared spaces of the premises and respect safety norms of the building.<br> 7. Our check in time after 2PM and early check in depends on availability of the apartment and might be chargeable.<br> 8. Our check out time is 11AM, late check out depends on availability of the apartment and might be chargeable.<br> 9. Guests caught indulging in illegal activities will be requested to check out.<br> 10. All guests will have to sign a general digital T&C form on confirmation of booking.<br> 11. Cleaning is provided on a complimentary basis every alternate day on request. Bed linens and towels will be changed weekly on a complimentary basis. Additional cleaning and bed linen change is chargeable.<br>

Cancellation policy

Guests can cancel up to 5 days before check-in for a full refund, and you won't be paid. If they cancel after that, you'll be paid for each night they stay, plus 1 additional night and 50% for all unspent nights.
